Mel and the horses would love to see you, your child, friend, family or your group at Applewood, and have the chance to share with you the beautiful nature and wisdom of horses. Please include a short message letting us know what kind of session you are interested in and if there is any other info you might need.

Mel will get back to you to discuss the appointment together and confirm your booking with us.

Organising your booking with Mel
To ensure we can tailor a session or workshop to you or your group. Mel will have a pre- booking chat with you to discuss your expectations and any skills or insights you would like to work towards.

She’ll give you details on where to find us and what to bring, for example; some sturdy footwear, waterproof warm clothes if it’s wet and a hat if it’s sunny. If you would like catering for your group booking she can liase with local businesses and organise this for you at an extra cost that suits your budget.

A strict 24-hour 100% cancellation fee applies. If there is an extreme storm forecast at your session time or within your travelling time either side of the session, or the temperature at your scheduled time is over 35 degrees, these are appropriate reasons for cancellation.
However, please discuss this with me, and I would appreciate that if possible you could take the option to reschedule rather than cancel.
