Workplace Wellbeing: Recharge, de-stress, and reconnect with nature.
Conferences and Retreats: Add a transformative EAL experience to your professional development calendar.
Why Horses?
The Way of The Horse
Horses are sentient beings with innate emotional intelligence and leadership skills. They’ve thrived in social groups (herds) for millions of years. By observing and interacting with horses, we learn energetic presence, awareness, and authentic connection.
Communication and Leadership Skills
Just as in successful businesses, horses respond best to good connection, clear communication, and consistent, calm leadership. Being present, listening, and showing up authentically are essential for building trust with these magnificent animals.
Nature-Based Learning
Spending time outdoors in nature away from office distractions allows participants to ground, relax, and focus. The serene environment fosters openness to learning and self-discovery.
